Summer is wrapping up and the kids are back to school. The hustle and bustle of Fall is just around the corner. The US Economy's transition from recovery to sustainable growth has been continuously called into question these past few months. It seems that as we get a little good news in one area, we get some negative news in another and this all leads to investors being tentative. Edward R. Collins, AAMS, RFC
Founding Partner & Wealth Advisor

Mr. Collins specializes in the complex areas of family wealth management and investment portfolio design, and he dedicates himself to helping his clients enhance their financial literacy and work toward their financial goals and objectives. As a private wealth manager, he works as the financial planning team leader for his clients, ensuring that each area of a client’s financial life is being reviewed. He then weaves those separate planning areas together into one cohesive, living document that can adapt to the dynamic nature of life.

A true student of Wealth Management, Mr. Collins has achieved advanced accreditation in the area of professional money management and has earned his Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation from The College for Financial Planning in Colorado, as well as his Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) designation, which is certification for achievement in advanced financial planning concepts and strategies. He is an active member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (S.F.S.P.), the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (I.A.R.F.C.), the Estate Planning Council (E.P.C.), and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (N.A.I.F.A.). Mr. Collins has earned his Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24 securities registrations, as well as his Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Mr. Collins graduated Magna Cum Laude from Caldwell College with a double major in History (B.A.) and Psychology (B.A.), a minor in Political Science and a Certificate in Government Service and Administration. He started his professional career working with the United States Department of Justice, but transitioned to private wealth management planning in 1998.

Serving clients from Massachusetts through Florida and as far west as California, Mr. Collins spends much of his time traveling across the country. An avid tennis player, he can often be found on a tennis court when not in a meeting with a client or at an industry conference. Community Service plays an important role in Mr. Collins’ life. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Caldwell College. He is also a member of the Alumni Board and serves on the Business Advisory Council of Caldwell College. He serves as a Trustee and Treasurer of the Brian C. Kull Memorial Foundation, Inc., a foundation which issues college scholarships to students that demonstrate excellence in the areas of service, leadership and fellowship within their community. Mr. Collins is an active member of the North Hunterdon-Clinton Kiwanis Club and he actively participates in numerous Chambers of Commerce in New Jersey.


David N. Lambert
Founding Partner & Wealth Advisor

Mr. Lambert has built a practice specializing in serving the financial planning and wealth management needs of executives, professionals and various other individuals throughout the country. As a private wealth manager, he develops customized financial plans for his clients then walks with them as a wealth advocate through the implementation of those financial plans. His advanced expertise in client portfolio design, options analysis and risk assessment sets him apart from the typical financial advisor. Mr. Lambert offers clients valued insight into executive compensation planning including Incentive Stock Options and Employee Stock Option Plans, as well as concentrated stock diversification strategies.

Mr. Lambert has dedicated himself to becoming a true expert in the various areas of financial services. He has distinguished himself through the diligent acquisition of his Series 7, Series 8, Series 63, Series 66, and Series 24 securities registrations. He also has his Life, Accident and Health Insurance Licenses.

Mr. Lambert is a graduate of Colgate University (BA) and New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business (MS). With over two decades of intense experience within the financial services industry, Mr. Lambert offers his clients a wealth of knowledge and dedicates himself to developing the most appropriate strategies to help solve the challenges facing each client’s financial life. Mr. Lambert spent fifteen years on Wall Street as an institutional trader and fixed income specialist focusing on risk management and portfolio design. He has now brought that institutional experience and wisdom gained on Wall Street, back to Main Street in order to benefit the lives of his individual clients.

With a strong commitment to his community, he volunteers his expertise and a great deal of his free time to numerous causes. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Hunterdon Medical Center Foundation and currently chairs the annual Golf Classic Committee. He has been a long time member of Saucon Valley Country Club and serves as a member of the Golf and Green Committee and has been appointed Chair of the Saucon Sanctuary Committee for 2009. Mr. Lambert is a member of the President’s Club of Colgate University and, with his wife, Aleta, and their two daughters, Jennifer and Amanda, is an active member of Bethlehem Presbyterian Church in Pittstown, New Jersey where he serves as an Elder.



Lawrence Wefferling, CPA
Wealth Advisor

Mr. Wefferling's practice has been focused on helping individuals, families and businesses work toward the financial futures they desire by incorporating expertise in tax planning within the portfolio of wealth maangement services that he offers to clients. Along with being a Wealth Advisor at Artisan Wealth Management, LLC, he is a Partner at Wefferling & Company, CPAs in Caldwell, New Jersey.

Being a CPA has afforded Mr. Wefferling a unique perspective into the financial lives of his clients. Combine that with his Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, and his clients enjoy a multi discipline approach to meeting their wealth management needs. Mr. Wefferling is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). Mr. Wefferling is a Cum Laude graduate of Nichols College with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Community service plays a large roll in Mr. Wefferling's life. He is the President and Captain of the North Caldwell Fire Department, Treasurer of the West Essex Fire Officers Association, Member of the West Essex Technical Rescue Team, and Treasurer of Rotary District 7470 as well as the Rotary Club of the Caldwells. Mr. Wefferling enjoys various indoor and outdoor activities with his wife, Debbie, and their two daughters, Julia and Meghan.
